This article covers activating and deactivating templates created with the ProductivityTools. This feature makes it easy to manage the templates that are displayed in the Email Merge Parameters Window within ProductivityTools.
Follow these steps:
- In the Daylite menu bar, click on Plugins and select ProductivityTools -> Preferences -> Email Templates
- The checkboxes in the Active column determine wether or not a template is being active
After making the adjustments only the active templates will be displayed when the function is triggered. These preferences are user specific, allowing each user to activate the templates that are relevant to them.
