The Meeting Wizard for Daylite is an exclusive Plus Package feature of the ProductivityTools. To use the ProducitivtyTools and the Plus Package for Daylite you need the iOSXpert PluginCenter.
To schedule a meeting with the Meeting Wizard, proceed as follows:
- Navigate to the quick actions
in the Daylite toolbar and select the Meeting Wizard.
- In the newly opened window you can now give the meeting to be created a title and define details for the upcoming meeting.
- Use the + symbol to select the people from your team who should attend.
- Click on Next.
- In the next window, you can specify the time period for the meeting.
- Example: The meeting should take place this week from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. and last 30 minutes.
- Click Next again.
- In the next window, you will be shown the dates for which all participants have time and you can select a date for your meeting.
- Click on Create.
- The appointment mask in Daylite will open and you can make further additions
