The calendar exporter from ProductivityTools allows you to automatically export your Daylite appointments based on a smart lists. The Daylite smart lists determine which appointments are being exported and how many different calendars you would like to export.Â

To export individual calendars, you need the Daylite extension ProductivityTools.
If you want to export a calendar, please proceed as follows:
- Create a filter list with the events you want to export in Daylite
- Navigate to Plug-Ins -> ProductivityTools -> Settings -> Calendar Export
- Add a new export with the + button and name itÂ
- Select the filter list and adjust the export accordingly
- The Use individual time period function allows you to export specific time periods
- Specify a folder and name for the exported file
- Activate the automatic export and click Export Now
Please note:
Due to recent changes in Dropbox, the file location Dropbox shown in the video tutorial is no longer available. If you would like save the file into your Dropbox (or any other local folder for that matter), you can do so by selecting Local from the File location drop-down menu and setting the File path to the desired (Dropbox) folder accordingly.
To retrieve the public link of the ics calendar file, open the Finder on your Mac and navigate to the location of the exported ics file, right-click the file and select Copy Dropbox link.Â
Please note: the string dl=0 at the end of the link needs to be changed to dl=1, otherwise it is not possible to subscribe the calendar.
