The Daylite Plugin Boards allows you to easily organise and visualise your tasks from opportunities in Daylite as Kanban-Boards via drag and drop. You and your team keep track of relevant tasks and can respond to shortages in time.
Use the Opportunity Pipelines view of Boards to get an overview of all opportunities per Daylite Pipeline. The opportunities are shown in the respective stages of the pipeline as tickets.
Choose a Pipeline and Pipeline stage
Using the drop-down menu to the right of the filter icon, you can select the Daylite Pipeline whose associated opportunities you would like to see. The columns show the pipeline's stages. This way you can see which opportunity is in which stage of the chosen pipeline.
View of Opportunity Pipelines
When you did select a pipeline to see its opportunities, choose whether you want to see the opportunities, shown as tickets, in Minimal View or Standard View.
The Minimal View shows the opportunity's title, the category, the priority and the details. The length of the opportunity title and detail text is limited to two lines when using this view.
By using the Standard View, you can see the probability (%), the subtotal of the opportunity, the forecasted date on that the lead will probable makes a decision and open tasks in addition to the information from the Minimal View. The length of the project title and the detail text is limited to three lines.
For a better overview you can group the opportunities by user, category or priority.
Filtering in Opportunity Pipelines
Use the filter icon next to the drop-down menu to filter within the selected pipeline by opportunities with specific criteria and refine your search.
Working with Opportunity Pipelines
Drag and drop opportunities, shown as tickets within the board, to move an opportunity to another pipeline stage. The related tasks of this pipeline stage will be created automatically.
Opportunities with a passed due date are highlighted in red color so that they are noticed more quickly.
Board column "No Stage"
When opportunities are shown in the No Stage column, their pipelines have not yet been started in Daylite. Due to this, they are not yet assigned to a pipeline stage.
