With the Daylite plugin Boards, you can easily organize and better visualize your tasks within projects and opportunities in Daylite as Kanban-Boards via drag & drop. You and your team keep track of relevant tasks at all times and can react to bottlenecks in time.
Use the iOPipelines view of Boards to get an overview of all projects or opportunities per Daylite pipeline. The entries are displayed as tickets in their respective stages of the pipeline.

iOPipelines for Projects
Use the iOPipelines view of Boards to get an overview of all projects per Daylite pipeline. The projects are displayed as tickets in their respective stages of the pipeline.
iOPipelines for Opportunities
Use the iOPipelines view of Boards to get an overview of all opportunities per Daylite pipeline. The opportunities are displayed as tickets in their respective stages of the pipeline.
Above the views, the net total of all opportunities is displayed.
Choose a Pipeline and Pipeline Stage
Using the drop-down menu to the right of the filter icon, you can select the Daylite pipeline whose associated projects or opportunities you would like to see. The columns of the board view show you the respective pipeline stages. This way you can see which project or opportunity is in which stage of the selected pipeline.
Choose a View in iOPipelines
Once you have selected a pipeline, choose whether you want to view the entries, which are displayed as tickets, in Minimal View or Standard View.
The Minimal View shows you the title, the category, the priority and the details of the entry. The length of the title and the detail text is limited to two lines.
In the Standard View, you see the following in addition to the information from the Minimal View:
- For projects: the due date and the open tasks
- For opportunities: the probability (%), the subtotal of the opportunity, the forecasted date on which the lead will probably make a decision, as well as the open tasks. The probability is displayed in colour depending on the percentage value.
The length of the title and the detail text is limited to three lines in the Standard View.
Grouping and Filtering in iOPipelines
Group your pipelines by user, category or priority for an even better overview.
Use the filter icon next to the drop-down menu to filter within the selected pipeline for entries with specific criteria and thereby refine your selection.
Working with iOPipelines
Move projects or opportunities, which are displayed as tickets, via drag & drop within the board view to move an entry to another pipeline stage and automatically create the associated tasks.
Opportunities whose due date has passed are displayed in red so that you have them in view more quickly and can react.
Board Column "No Stage"
Entries that are displayed in the No Stage column are projects or opportunities whose pipeline has not yet been started in Daylite and which are therefore not yet assigned to a pipeline stage.
