The visualization of the Daylite plugin Boards helps you to better structure your project- and opportunity-related tasks. Daylite tasks are shown as tickets on a Kanban Board that is related to your project. Delegate tickets to your team via drag & drop.

Delegating a ticket in Boards
To delegate a ticket in Boards you can click on the tickets owner icon and select the user you'ld like to delegate the ticket to. w
Alternatively, you can also proceed as follows:
- Select a project or opportunity with a board in that you would like to delegate a ticket
- Navigate in the upper part of the Kanban board to the button No Grouping
- Select within this drop-down menu Grouped by User
- Mark a ticket you'd like to delegate to another Daylite user and drag and drop it onto another user on your Kanban board
The ticket has now been delegated to the selected user. The user receives a notification about this by default. If a user to whom youl'd like to delegate a ticket is not shown in the board, open the tab Details & Activity in your project and link them to this project.
