How do I manage Mailchimp lists?

This article covers managing Mailchimp lists via Marketing&Chat in Daylite. 

Add Mailchimp lists to Daylite

1. In the menubar, select Plug-Ins -> Marketing&Chat -> Preferences
2. On the left side in the Integrations area, click on Mailchimp
3. Scroll to the list section and click the gear icon
4. Select the Mailchimp list you'd like to create in Daylite and click on the button Create Group in Daylite

After the group has been created in Daylite the name of the Mailchimp group name will be displayed in bold in the preferences window. 

For the selected list a group has been created in Daylite called [MailChimp] <your group name> with three sub-groups:

• Errors: displays all contacts that ran into a sync error when syncing with Mailchimp
• Unsubscribed: displays all contacts that have unsubscribed from corresponding Mailchimp communications
• Segments (static): displays all segments of this audience. Click here for more information. 

Remove Mailchimp lists from Daylite

1. In the menubar, select Plug-Ins -> Marketing&Chat -> Preferences
2. On the left side in the Integrations area, click on Mailchimp
3. Scroll to the list section, click the gear icon and select the list you'd like to remove
4. Click on Delete Group in Daylite to delete the Mailchimp list as a group from Daylite

• If you click Delete the links between your Mailchimp list and the Daylite group will be removed and the Daylite group will be deleted
• If you select Unlink list the link between the group and the Mailchimp web service will be removed but the group remains in Daylite.
