You can create the support PIN to authenticate your database identity through your Daylite Account Manager.
For this purpose, please proceed as follows:
- Open the Daylite Cloud Account Manager (Daylite -> Account & Billing -> Manage Account)
2. Generate the so-called Support PIN at the bottom of the My Information section using the Generate Support PIN button.
The Temporary Support PIN is valid for 4 hours.
3. Copy the generated PIN and send it to us.
