Missive lets you easily manage your team's signatures from a central place. It's the perfect way to achieve a uniform brand look across your teammates' signatures.

Only administrators can create and edit managed signatures. |
You can use placeholders to create dynamic and centrally managed signatures. To create a managed signature, please proceed as follows:
- Navigate to Settings->Signatures
- Click on Create signature
- Enter a Description
- Create the signature with static text and dynamic variables, for example the name, and click Create
- Specify which account the managed signature should apply to
The variables take the data from the profiles of the users. This way you can centrally ensure that everyone is using the same signature with the correct data. If you want to display the users profile picture (avatar) in the signature, you need to add the following code in HTML mode:
