You can create, edit or delete appointments in Daylite in multiple ways.

Creating appointments via the Daylite menu bar
- Navigate from the Daylite menu bar on top to File -> New -> New Appointment
- Enter the relevant appointment details and click Save

Creating appointments from the Day view
- Press the mouse button and drag a square on the calendar where the appointment is supposed to happen
- A new appointment window opens
- Enter the relevant appointment details and click Save
Creating appointments from the Week view
- Press the mouse button and drag a square on the calendar where the appointment is supposed to happen
- A new appointment window opens
- Enter the relevant appointment details and click Save
Creating appointments from the Month view
- Double-click the day when the appointment is supposed to happen
- A new appointment window opens
- Enter the relevant appointment details and click Save
Creating appointments from context
When working in a Daylite record like a contact, project or opportunity you can create a new appointment directly that is linked to the record:
- In the top right corner of the Daylite window, click the icon with the three dots "..."
- Chose New Appointment
- A new appointment window opens
- Enter the relevant appointment details and click Save
Editing appointments
- Navigate to the appointment and highlight it
- Click Edit and make your changes
- Click Done
Deleting appointments
- Navigate to the appointment and highlight it
- Choose Delete "Appointment name" from the contextual menu (right click menu)
