In this article, you'll learn how you can use Daylite to invite other Daylite users and non-Daylite users to an appointment.
Invite Daylite users
- Create a new appointment and enter the information.
- Click Add People and select the Daylite user you want to invite.
- The user receives a message in which he or she can accept or reject the appointment.
Invite external people
- Create a new appointment and enter the information.
- Click Add Person and select the contact you want to invite.
- When the appointment is saved, an automatically generated e-mail appears, which can be sent as an invitation to the contact.
- The contact can accept or reject this invitation and the owner of the appointment will be notified of this decision.
