If you work in Apple Mail, you can use the Daylite Mail Assistant to create new appointments in Daylite or link emails to existing appointments. This will also give you access to all the information relevant to your appointment.
The Daylite Mail Assistant is located on the right side of the window in Apple Mail. Here you can either select the link icon to link the email to an existing appointment, or click the + icon to create a new appointment that will be automatically linked to the email.
Create a new appointment and add all important details.
To edit a linked appointment, click on the arrow to the right of the selected appointment, then select Edit.
After entering all required data, click Save.
