Time&Budget is our most complex extension for Daylite. It allows you to record times and expenses, determine time and effort spent on projects and to work with budgets.
In order to make the best use of Time&Budget, we recommend individual consulting from one of our product specialists or attending one of our training courses.
In this video you will learn the basic configuration of the Daylite App Time&Budget.
To set up Time&Budget, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Daylite -> Settings -> Categories
- Create appointment categories for each task type
- Navigate to Plugins -> Time&Budget -> Settings
- Determine for your Daylite categories if and how they should be used for calculation purposes
- For the chargeable categories, enter the price that you charge per hour in the Charge/h columnÂ
- Enter the hourly cost of an employee under User & Team
