What does the red warning triangle next to the category stand for?

Force linking

In Time&Budget, you can specify that certain categories for appointments must always be linked to a project or an opportunity. This is defined in the Time&Budget preferences under Reporting:

Warning triangle in appointment

If an appointment in Daylite has such a category and no project or opportunity is linked, a red warning triangle is displayed next to the category. If you click on the warning triangle, you can directly search for a suitable project or opportunity.

Warning in My Time Registration

If you create an appointment from a task using the My Time Registration widget directly in the Copilot and the project or opportunity is missing, a warning is displayed immediately and a suitable project or opportunity can be searched for.

Data quality report in Time&Budget

In the left sidebar in Daylite you will find Time&Budget. Select the Data Quality report from the drop-down menu. You will see all appointments, tasks and expenses of a certain period whose data quality is not good enough.

Activate and deactivate function

The function can be activated and deactivated in the Time&Budget preferences in the Reporting section.

Activate data quality warning in Fone&Text

The function can be used directly with Fone&Text. To receive a warning after each call that no objective has been linked, proceed as follows:

1. Navigate to Fone&Text in the iOSXpert PluginCenter
2. Select Phones
3. Activate Force Time&Budget data quality
