The iOSXpert plugin WebForms imports your form entries from the online platform Wufoo directly into Daylite and offers you the option to perform various actions, such as creating a person.
When importing Wufoo form data, WebForms checks whether the person or company to be imported already exists in Daylite. The following criteria are used:
- A person is deemed already existing if the first name and last name and email address in Daylite match the data in the Wufoo form entry.Â
- A company is deemed already existing if the company name in Daylite exactly matches the name in the Wufoo form entry.
If a company or person is identified as already existing, no new contact will be created. A new form entry is nevertheless created and linked to the existing contact. All other actions, such as creating a task, are also performed.
If a company or person is not identified as already existing, because one or more of the criteria listed above does not match, a new contact will be created.
