Other calendars in Daylite
You have the option of displaying external calendars you have set up on your device like your iCloud or Google calendar within the Daylite calendar.
This way you will not only see your real Daylite appointments in your Daylite calendar but also, for example, a family calendar that someone has shared with you.
Attention! Only you can see these appointments, other users in your Daylite team cannot. You can identify such appointments by the small symbol in the calendar view and the blue banner in the detail view.
Such appointments cannot be changed in Daylite, but only in their originating app.
Daylite calendar in other apps
You have the option to synchronise your entire Daylite calendar with the Apple calendar.
This is very useful on the iPhone and is also set directly there. On your Mac, this only makes sense in special cases.
We only recommend synchronising appointments for experienced users.
If you switch on synchronisation and delete an appointment in the Apple calendar, for example, it will also be deleted in the Daylite calendar.
