You can specify within Daylite whether you want to work with access rights.
If you are already working in a team today or may do so in the foreseeable future, we recommend that you switch on access rights.
This works best if you combine this function with the settings under Teams.
Please first go to the Teams area and then to the Teams tab.
Teams

Management

Accounting
Sales
Production
Once you have created the teams, use the + symbol to add the users who should be in one or more teams.
Access rights
You can assign different "views". Entire teams or individual persons can be added to each view that you define in the default settings using the + symbol.

For each entry within a view, you can determine whether data records can only be read or also changed.
It is recommended to use the same default settings as for the teams.
When you add a new user in Daylite, you only need to assign them to a team. The user then inherits the access rights from their teams.
