You can change your payment details within the backend of your Daylite Cloud account.
To view an invoice in Daylite Cloud, please proceed as follows:
- Navigate in the menu bar to Daylite -> Settings -> Account & Subscription -> Manage Account
- The Daylite Cloud Account Manager will open in your web browser
- Choose Subscription
- Under Billing Information you can change your payment information
- If you want to change your company's name, you can do so in the My Information tab under Company
Please note: only the Daylite Account Administrator can access billing information.
If you use PayPal as your payment method, it's necessary ro adjust the billing address within your PayPal account.
