The billing of our Daylite Apps (plug-ins) is done by our e-commerce service provider Fastspring. The latter will collect the payment according to your chosen payment method (credit card or PayPal.
For example, if your deposited credit card has expired or there are problems with your Paypal account, payments may fail.
The payment system will automatically try two additional payment attempts seven days apart from each other. Within this timeframe you have the opportunity to update your payment details.
Both FastSpring and we will send you an e-mail about this.
The e-mail will contain this link, which will redirect you to the registration form:
- Please log in with the e-mail address you used when you took out the subscription.
- Select Manage payment information.
- Under Active subscriptions, please go to Manage and select Update payment method.
Alternatively, you can also access the overview by opening your PluginCenter and clicking on the Manage subscription tab. Then proceed exactly as described above.
