How time-consuming and costly a data import is generally depends on the quality and source of the data.
For example, if you can already export data from your legacy system to Excel or CSV format, the time required is considerably less than if we have to extract the data for you from an external system first.
The second factor is the quality of the data itself.
Inconsistent spellings, incorrect formatting and unusual special characters, for example, can lead to problems and thus to additional effort. For this reason, we recommend that you have your data checked by us first.
After such a data check, we can estimate the time and the cost of a data transfer.
If your data is available in vCard or ICS format (for example, if it comes from Apple Calendar or the Apple Contacts app on macOS), you can import it within minutes via drag and drop.
