What information is displayed on the project web page you share depends on the following conditions:
- what view you choose to share the information.
- which tasks and appointments and contacts you have associated with the project
- whether you have activated a keyword filter
Views
Currently there are two views that display different information:
Pipeline
Time summary
Linked objects
If you do not have a keyword or category filter enabled, both the name and details of the project, as well as all dates, tasks and people associated with the project, will be displayed unless the corresponding object type is not used in the view.
For example, the Pipeline view displays the project pipeline, while the Timeline Summary view does not.
Keyword and category filter
When creating the web link, you can specify that only appointments and tasks containing a specific keyword or category are displayed. You can also specify which keyword or category acts as a filter.
