Here's how to group your employees into teams in Daylite:
1. select Daylite -> Settings from the menu bar.
2. select Users & Teams and then click Teams.
Now, while you are in Team Management:
1. click the + button to create a new team.

3. click the + button to add new users to your team.
Teams do not necessarily have to be departments. Create teams based on projects, responsibilities, or access rights.
Create a team calendar
A team's calendar is very useful because it can give you insight into how teams are working. Office managers, assistants, and schedulers can create additional calendars to manage other people's schedules.
1. click Team in the sidebar.
2. select the team you want to see using the drop-down menu.
3. click View Calendar.
You will now see a user and team calendar showing the selected team's schedule. You can save this calendar as a filter list to use at any time.
1. Click on the filter icon.
2. Click Save filter list.
Keep track of a team's upcoming tasks
Staying in control without being a micromanager is not always easy. Knowing what the status is is important, but you don't want to hold everyone up with too many questions or updates.
The Team View is the dashboard for managers to keep track of. Get status updates, identify red flags, and plan further initiatives.
Learn how this information is organized in the Team View:
Today: appointments and meetings scheduled for today, as well as projects and tasks that are due.
Overdue: Projects and tasks that are overdue.
Work List: Tasks that have been added to the to-do list.
Tomorrow to next 7 days: appointments and task, project, and opportunity due dates.
The Team view allows you to see if a team is behind on their due dates, what their focus is, and how many appointments they have taken. Prepare for a meeting with your executives, take urgent corrective actions, and decide if now is the right time for new initiatives.
