Your data in Daylite on your Mac is as secure as the device itself. Therefore it is advisable to password protect your Mac.

Change the login password on Mac
On iPhone and iPad you can activate an app lock for Daylite in addition to the device lock via code, Touch ID or Face ID. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Open the Daylite Settings (on iPhone -> All -> Settings)
- Select Lock Daylite
- Activate the toggle switch next to Enabled
- Select the desired interval under Auto-Lock
- Once the app lock is active, you can unlock the app via your selected unlock method (code, Touch ID or Face ID)
