How much storage do I have for Daylite Cloud?
With Daylite you get 100 GB of data storage per database to store the files in the cloud. The storage is available for all users of the account. The number of records in your database, such as the number of contacts, appointments, tasks, etc., do not count against this storage space, only the actual files stored to the database. From our experience 100 GB of storage is more than sufficient for 99% of all customers.
Can I check how much storage is used already?
The Daylite Cloud Account Administrator (owner of the database) can view the currently used storage space in the Account Manager (Daylite Settings -> Account & Subscription -> Manage Account -> Subscription -> File Storage)
What happens if running out of storage?
Before you run out of storage Marketcircle will notify the Daylite Cloud Account Administrator.
Can I get more storage?
The Daylite Cloud Account Administrator can purchase additional storage. To do so, please contact Marketcircle, the maker of Daylite, via the Daylite Help menu -> Contact support.
