With Daylite you can run activity sets with persons, companies, projects, opportunities and groups.
An activity set can contain multiple consecutive tasks and/or appointments. Activity sets are particularly helpful with processes that follow the same sequence, like sales processes or job application processes. You can assign a standardized and individual due date for every task and appointment of the activity set.
When you apply the activity set on a set of data in Daylite, for example an opportunity, you can easily keep track of due appointments and tasks.
When defining when a task or appointment is due you have two options:
- Due date based on start date
- Due date based on end date
Activity sets can be set up in the Daylite Preferences in the Activity Sets section. Please see this article for more details: How do I create an activity set?
