A very important abilities of Daylite is working in a team, but what happens if a users leaves the company?
It is not possible to delete a user in the database, this ensures that data records owned by this user are not lost and that the data remains consistent.
To deactivate a user in the database you need to login into the cloud backend or navigate in Daylite to Preferences -> Cloud -> Manage Account. A browser window will open and you can navigate to Users and choose Deactivate on the right of the user's name.
