Indexing is necessary to enable full-text search of documents already existing in Daylite and documents added manually. Documents sent to Daylite via Docs2Daylite are indexed automatically.
Indexing converts all machine readable PDF documents into a readable database format, so that you can search these document's content (full-text search)
Please note:
Non-machine-readable documents cannot be indexed and therefore not full-text searched by DayliteDocs.
