If the last successful sync of the Daylite app is a while back it might occasionally have issues with syncing. In that case it may be helpful to reset Daylite on your iPhone or iPad.
To reset Daylite, follow these steps:
- Return to the Home Screen
- Keep the your finger on the Daylite icon until it starts to move
- Delete the app by tapping the X symbol
- Restart the device
- Download the Daylite or Daylite Legacy app from the App Store
- Log into your database
