Please follow these steps to allow us temporarily access to your database:
- In the Daylite Preferences navigate to Account & Billing -> Manage Account. This leads you to Marketcircle's Daylite Cloud Account Manager
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom of page and click Generate Access Token
- In the prompt that appears, click on Generate to confirm
- Click Copy to copy the generated link
- Paste that link in your reply to us.
