Additionally, you can create tasks in no time directly via the Daylite Mail Assistant and delegate them to the corresponding user/colleague.
Create new task
To create a new task you can select the button New Task in the DMA sidebar in the area Tasks.
A pop-up window opens within the Daylite Mail Assistant, via which you can create a task. The subject of the corresponding email is automatically suggested as title of the new task. You can customize the title just like all other details.
Linking existing task
If you'd like to link an existing task to the email, just choose the magnifying glass icon in the Tasks area of the Daylite Mail Assistant. Enter the task title and select the task from the search results that fits.
You can also delegate tasks via the Daylite Mail Assistant. For this purpose you can select the Delegate button below the owner when creating the task. Now select to whom the task should be delegated and send a note if you'd like.
