If your company considers tasks both as tasks and tickets within the Boards plugin, you can automate the backlog of a board for a better overview.
This means that when the status of a task changes, the ticket in the Boards tab will automatically be moved to the appropriate column with the status.
To automate the backlog please follow the steps below:
- In the Boards tab, select the cogwheel symbol in the upper right corner
- Navigate to the Backlog Mode function
- Select the Automatic mode
The backlog mode can be reset to Default at any time.
