Why do I receive the message that I cannot authorize the Daylite Zoom Integration?

In case you are receiving the message You cannot authorize the app while setting up the Daylite Zoom Integration of the ProductivityTools as described here, the Zoom account owner or an administrator has not yet pre-approved the usage of the Daylite Zoom Integration.

To avoid the need of pre-approving the usage of the Daylite Zoom Integration for every user individually, the Zoom account owner or an administrator can pre-approve the Daylite Zoom Integration in the Zoom Marketplace for the whole team at once. To do so, the account owner or administrator needs to follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Zoom Marketplace using you Zoom credentials
2. Enter Daylite in the Search a published app field
3. Select Daylite Zoom Integration and click the toggle to pre-approve

After this is done, all users of this Zoom account can authorize the Daylite Zoom Integration themselves.
