Up to version 2.5.0 of ProductivityTools, users using Daylite on multiple computers, Acuity was synchronized with Acuity on all those computers. If these computers were used simultaneously, this could lead to duplicated appointments.
To avoid this, from version 2.5.1 a specific device for the appointment sync with Acuity must now be determined, ideally a computer that is permanently up and running.
Carry out the following steps on the computer that you have selected for synchronization.
- Restart Daylite to get this message
- Select the user who is to perform the automatic synchronization
- Confirm with On this machine that this is the computer on which synchronization is to take place
If you are not on the computer on which you want to synchronize with Acuity, choose On another computer. Switch to the other computer and repeat steps 1 to 3
