Once DayliteDocs is installed it indexes all PDF documents to make their content full-text searchable. Crashes during the initial indexing suggest that there are missing or corrupted files in your database.
To pinpoint the file(s) causing the crashes, please restart Daylite after a crash, save the logs (Daylite Help menu -> Save log files) and contact our support team.
To prevent Daylite from crashing, please do not run the indexing process for now and make sure that automatic indexing is turned off, until we found the cause of the crashes:
- Navigate to the Daylite Plugins menu -> DayliteDocs -> Preferences -> Indexing
- Make sure Indexing new attachments automatically is unchecked
