Like the Daylite App itself, other Daylite components, such as the Daylite Helper or Daylite Company Token, must authenticate to the server or Cloud. These Daylite components use the credentials stored by the Daylite app in the Apple Keychain for this authentication. After an update, the Daylite components may need to be granted access to this credential again in the Keychain to ensure Daylite synchronization.
If you receive a message that Daylite or a Daylite component is granting access to the Daylite credentials in the keychain, enter your Mac password (not the Daylite password) in the appropriate field and click Always Allow. Daylite can now synchronize data again.
If this message no longer appears, quit Daylite and restart the computer. When starting Daylite, the message concerning the keychain management should be displayed again and you can now grant access like described above.
