The billing of our Daylite Apps (plug-ins) is done by our e-commerce service provider Fastspring. The latter will collect the payment according to your chosen payment method (credit card or PayPal.
For example, if your deposited credit card has expired or there are problems with your Paypal account, payments may fail.
The payment system will automatically try two additional payment attempts seven days apart from each other. Within this timeframe you have the opportunity to update your payment details.
Fastspring will send you an e-mail to inform you of the failure of the attempted payment. The e-mail contains a link that allows you to update your payment information directly. You can add a new credit card or update your PayPal details, for example.
