Filter lists allow you to create a list of Daylite objects that share certain characteristics.
In Daylite, click on the funnel icon:
Example filter list: Create call list for Sales team
- Create tasks for which the title contains: Please contact as primary filter
- Add a filter rule with the + button and filter by Status is Open
- In another filter rule filter by Owner is Paul Presenter
- Save and name the list: call list for Sales
The filter list now appears on the left under the selected area in Daylite - in our example under Tasks.
Filter lists that refer to a short period of time can be deleted after the work is done.
